The high fence is first class quality; it was constructed in 2015 with schedule 40 galvanized posts, fixed knot wire with additional predator wire at the bottom. The facility includes 72+- acres with a beautiful 2500+- sq ft home. The home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a mud room and bonus room upstairs. With gorgeous vaulted ceilings and spacious rooms, this home is ideal for a full-time owner or caretaker. The shop, which was built in 2018, is 1,600 square feet with a 16×40 lean-to and 12×40 porch.
